Reception of your package: good reflexes!

Thank you for ordered Pro VSP. In 98% of cases, delivery takes place without worry. Nevertheless, it happens that carriers are sometimes indelicate. In order to protect your rights here's a simple guide to help you:



1. Always check in the presence of the deliveryman

Article L.133-1 of the Commercial Code is clear, the recipient is required to verify and control the goods in the presence of the driver for a delivery at home or the trader for a delivery point delivery. You legally have 15 minutes to perform this check.

If the driver refuses to wait, write the following mention on the slip: "The carrier has not remained for control of the goods" followed by his name and signature.



2. Check the exterior of the package

Check that there are no holes, scotch other than those of Pro VSP or traces of openings. If the cardboard has a visible shock, note-precisely.

Attention: not admissible without statement of damage (see CI-under step 3)



3. Check the content

Count the number of items received based on your order as well as their condition.

Reserve example # 1: 1 suspension ball (XXX reference) missing on 2 ordered

Reserve example # 2: Pare-Broken breeze broken at the top of the left corner

❌ Non-admissible reservations:
  • Parcel refused (no explanation of why)
  • Open or damaged packages (no indications if any products are missing and if yes the (s)
  • Lack x articles (without more precision judged by the carrier)
  • In poor condition (no precise indication of the product and what degradation it has suffered)
  • Subject to unpacking

Relay point, the reserves is simplified. The recipient emits reserves on the PDA of the relay point by ticking one of the two boxes (open package or damaged package) when removing.



4. Deadlines and evidence

Take pictures before and after opening your package, or broken parts. Once the reserves are issued we also advise you to take pictures of the signed slip or the delivery machine. These photos will serve as proof in case of dispute.

You have up to 3 days to send us your reserves and photos, otherwise no dispute can be open.
