Shipping cost
The shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the total weight of the package and the destination.
-Relay point delivery DPD (Metropolitan France): Free from 99 € purchase, excluding bulky products, fragile or battery.(Offer not combinable with other promotions in progress.)
Case of exclusion of free shipping
Free shipping costs do not apply in the following cases:
- Products not eligible for relay delivery DPD (Pick-Up)
- Commands whose total weight exceeds 20 kg
- Expeditions to DOM-TOM, from abroad or French islands
- Orders placed as a guest (without customer account creation)
Deliveries to the DOM-TOM
For any order including bulky, fragile, tires or batteries to DOM-TOM, We invite you to contact us beforehand. This will allow us to evaluate the feasibility of sending and offering you a personalized quote.
Shipping information
The exact amount of shipping costs is displayed before the order validates, depending on the contents of your cart and the delivery address.
Additional costs and transport conditions
In some cases, additional delivery charges may apply if the selected transport mode is not compatible with:
- The type of product ordered
- The weight or volume of the package
- The indicated delivery address
In case of no-payment of these complementary costs, the order can be put on hold or canceled.

Time for preparation and shipping
Our parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding weekehy-ends and holidays. The shipping time does not include the preparation time of the order, estimated between 24 hours and 48 hours from the validation of the payment. This period is given as an indication and does not constitute a contractual commitment.
Delivery time and responsibility
Delivery times vary according to the availability of spare parts, the mode of transport chosen, the delivery address, as well as possible logistical hazards (climatic conditions, strikes, periods of high activity ...). Pro Piece VSP can not be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers. It is recommended not to schedule an appointment-you in the workshop as long as the parts ordered have not been received and controlled.
Tracking information transmitted by logistics systems (Colissimo, , DPD or Geodis), including the flashing data, are effective in the management, routing and distribution of parcels.
Reception of parcels and claims
All parcels are carefully prepared by the team Pro VSP. The packages are rigorously controlled before shipment. At reception, the customer is required to check the condition of the package and refuse any delivery with apparent damage. In case of anomaly (damaged package, missing product, defective or non-compliant product), the customer has a delay of 48h maximum to report the problem with E-mail accompanied by supporting photos. After this period, no complaint can be accepted.
Delivery with Geodis - Specific cases
For shipping shipments Geodis, , Pro VSP can not be held responsible once the order is delivered to the carrier. Any difficulty linked to the delivery (absence, restricted access, refusal of reception ...) is the sole responsibility of the recipient. No refund or dismissal may be required if the package could not be delivered due to incomplete information or absence from the client. Possible return fees will remain the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping
Pro Piece VSP ensures the shipment of orders to the member countries of the European Union. International deliveries are therefore possible within the EU, depending on the standard conditions defined during the order.
The shipping costs for these destinations are calculated automatically according to the total weight, the volume of parcels, the delivery country and the selected transport mode. These fees are displayed before validation of your order. No free shipping offer applies outside metropolitan France.
Deliveries outside European Union :
Shipments to countries outside the European Union are not offered automatically on our site. However, if you wish to make an order to a country outside EU, we invite you to contact us beforehand. Our team can then evaluate the feasibility of the shipment and, if necessary, you establish a personalized quote including logistics costs and any customs formalities.
Important :
Customs duties, local taxes or import fees possibly applied on arrival remain the exclusive charge of the recipient.
Pro Piece VSP can not be held responsible for refusal of entry, customs blocking or exceptional deadlines related to the regulation of the country of destination.
