The return procedure is an essential component of general conditions of sale de pro-piece-vsp.com.
Pursuant to the provisions of articles L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen free days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.
The customer must first of all return make a request to return to the customer space at the place provided for this purpose so that his return is recorded, validated and admissible.We must have received the return of the item(s) within 14 frank days from the date of receipt of the order so that the return is admissible.

Return or exchange occurs at the client’s risk.If the item is not returned by the customer within 14 days, the return is considered cancelled and the customer must keep the product.

Refunds will be made by credit on the payment method used during the order within 15 days.
