Delivery is made by the following companies: Colissimo, DPD and FedEx

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package.Delivery in Colissimo relay point or post office is free for orders above 99€ (except bulky, fragile items or batteries).

Free delivery does not apply for the following cases:

- Non-deliverable items via Colissimo relay point or post office
- Order whose weight exceeds 20kg
- Order shipped outside metropolitan France
- Delivery in the islands
- Order as guest

We are not able to ship bulky, fragile, tire or battery products to DOMs-TOM.

You are informed at the time of your order of the delivery fee.

Additional shipping costs may be claimed in the event that you have not chosen a mode of delivery compatible with the products or contact details indicated.If no payment is made, the order will be blocked and cancelled.


It is possible to send an order to a foreign country, regardless of the amount-ci.You will also have to pay the shipping costs accordingly.

Pro Piece VSP recommends avoiding an appointment-you in a garage before receipt of spare parts ordered.

The Parties agree that, information derived from the La Poste, DPD or FedEx information system, and related to the support, delivery, notification and distribution, if any, provided by flashing of the packages when they are handled, delivered, notified and distributed, shall be authentic.

The purchaser must verify the conformity of the products received.

All packages are carefully prepared by the team Pro VSP.The condition of the packaging is scrupulously controlled by us before shipping.However, the customer is required to verify the condition of the delivered packages and refuse it if it is damaged.Any apparent discrepancy with respect to delivery such as: - damaged package, - Missing products, - Damaged products, - Products not in accordance with the order, must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the order by e-email.Any claim made after this period shall be rejected and the Corporation shall be liable.

For FedEx deliveries, the parties agree to identify any responsibilities Pro VSP which has no obligation of intervention in the course of delivery once the order has been validated.Therefore, in no case may it be charged to Pro VSP costs of return or return as a result of impossibility of delivery.
